In previous versions of AvonCRM there has been a few hiccups occuring because statements have not been finalised in the correct sequence.  For this reason in the latest release of AvonCRM v1.6.2 we have altered the reconcile process so that you must reconcile your statements in sequence.  For example you cannot try and reconcile Campaign 2, if Campaign 1 has not been reconciled.  Initially this may cause you not to be able to finalise your current statement if you have any outstanding statements unfinalised.  To fix this simply select the Campaign > Delivery Reconciliation menu option.  This will take you to the next Statement that requires reconciliation.  Balancing an old statement is not a requirement to finalise it.



Alternatively you can;

  • Goto Avon Statement Status
  • Change the Campaign year to either 2007 or 2008 (year you first started).
  • Check the status column for any names that do not state "Delivered".
  • Beginning from the oldest statement, reconcile each campaign.  If these are old and no longer valid, you do not have to go back and match with each Avon Statement, just finalise that statement and goto the next one.
  • Once all 2007 and 2008 campaigns are finalised, you will be upto date.
